Some dealers pull plug early on 'Clunker' sales

The Cash for Clunkers program officially ends Monday, but in some places it's already over. Some dealers have begun turning away customers who want to be in the program, instead shifting their time and energy to getting data submitted by Monday's 8 p.m. ET deadline.
